Perfect System 2000 is the exclusive representative and distributor of Balsam Labor professional cosmetics for Europe. Thanks to natural plant extracts and ecological standards of production, these pharmaceutical products literally represent products of the new millenium.

The desire of the producer to win efficiently over professional cosmeticians, as primary target group, represented a challenge for us as well. To find a quality solution to the issue we had to learn a lot about plant essences, about their biochemistry, and cosmetology which was not our field.

We placed the features of the products themselves the contents of natural plant essences, their homeopathic orientation, and the care for customers through professional trainings and continuous information in the basis of Balsam Labor brand development concept. As we knew that it would be difficult to defeat competitors who had been on the market for a long time, we prepared a comprehensive, yet practical handbook, "A Book about Beauty" for professional beauticians. Practical instructions on the application of preparations were translated into a short film as guidance for their professional usage. The accompanying promotional material was aimed to aid beauticians to monitor and record the effects of the application of these products on each of their clients and to promote the brand simultaneously.

The elaborated brand management project provided the distributor of the Perfect System 2000 a transparent sales strategy for pharmaceutical cosmetics of Balsam Labor, both on Serbian market and the rest of the territories they had been already present. The detailed brand promotion plan has eased the job of their in-the-field salespersons.
