Assistance at expert events
GTZ "Deutsche Gesellschaft" Technische Zusammenarbeit is a German institution for scientific and technical cooperation providing services to such renowned clients as European Commission. The objective of GTZ is to guide the improvement of the general conditions of people's lives through TAIEX, European Commission's General Directorate agency for extention The aid to Serbia is reflected in the assistance in harmonizing domestic legal regulations with those in European Union, as well as in transferring expert knowledge in selected areas, like juristiction, agriculture, ecology, and similar.
In 2005 GTZ was looking for new agencies to provide logistic support to meetings, seminars, and workshops organized by GTZ/TAIEX in Serbia. The representatives of the agencies conntacted us, referring to references,and asked us for assistance at these events.
During the first four years of working together we were aquiring knowledge about the ways and rules of cooperation with organizations like European Commission supplvying them the needed services. We were continuously working on the development and perfection of our own services through the selection of expert staff and systematic monitoring of the excuted services recording the effects of the events we were involved in.
Such approach ensured GTZ/TAIEX confidence in the outcome of the planned actions and obtaining absolutely precise information in accordance with the authority of the organizer and coordinator of each event. We supported six events of this kind in 2006 and there were 36 in 2009 the cooperation is going on and developing.
